William Harwell Murrey Jr.
William Harwell (Bill) Murrey Jr., 60, of Pulaski died Feb. 10, 2020, at his home.
Mr. Murrey was born March 25, 1959, in Memphis. He was a graduate of Giles County High School and Martin Methodist College. He was an Eagle Scout. He was retired from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations. He was an active member of the First United Methodist Church where he was President of the Methodist Men’s Club. He was also an avid fan of Vanderbilt football. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Margaret Harwell and J. Henning Murrey, Margaret and H.L. Cary; and uncle Joseph H. Murrey Jr.
Visitation will be Saturday, Feb. 15, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, Pulaski. Memorial services will begin at 2 p.m.

Survivors include wife Callie Morris Murrey; parents, Dr. Harwell and Jane Cary Murrey; brothers, Dr. Mark Murrey and wife Maloo of Boone, N.C., Dr. Dan Murrey and wife Katie of Charlotte, N.C.; sisters Cary Brimm and husband Jack of Brentwood, Margaret DiNella of Birmingham, Ala.; parents-in-law, Gene and Jeannie Morris; family friend Taylor Laviolette; puppy girls, Maggie and Tillie; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
