William David Lamon Jr.
Mr. William David Lamon Jr., 50, of Pulaski died Sept. 2, 2018.
Mr. Lamon was born Jan. 14, 1968, was a graduate of UT Martin and had lived in Pulaski for the last 14 years. He loved hunting and fishing, but his passion was farming and agriculture, evident in the way he cultivated his land and cared for his cattle. God blessed him with a talent for farming and a love for canning fresh vegetables. He was able to accomplish both of these talents by planting a large garden every year. He sold his produce to a local grocery store and restaurant, and kept the rest to concoct homemade canning recipes. He shared hundreds of his homemade concoctions of granny soup, salsa and cowboy candy with friends across the country. He devoted his life’s work to agriculture, specifically the animal health industry. As much as David loved to farm, he loved to travel, see new things and make new friends. Specifically, he loved Forida; he loved his show family and friends, the change of the land and the beaches. He is preceded in death by father William David Lamon Sr.
