Julia Ann Parker
Mrs. Julia Ann Parker, 88, of Frankewing died Nov. 4, 2019, at Lincoln Medical Center.
Mrs. Parker was born Jan. 23, 1931, in Giles County. She graduated from Beech Hill High School and attended McBurg United Methodist Church where she was one of the Sunshine Ladies. She enjoyed canning tomatoes and gardening and loved her grandkids. She is preceded in death by parents, Edgar and Annie Watson Harwell; husband William (Billy) Parker; son Doyle Parker; grandson Curtis Parker; and 11 siblings.
Visitation will be tomorrow (Wednesday) from 11 a.m. until services begin at 1 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home in Fayetteville with the Rev. Mark Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Wright’s Cemetery.

Survivors include sons, Jeff Parker and wife Betty, Mike Parker and wife Kaye, all of Frankewing; grandchildren, Anitta Forbes, Heather Sullivan and husband Michael, Crystal Parker, Hollie Monks and husband Scott; and great-grandchildren, Autumn Sullivan, Corbin Parker, Dallas Sullivan, Maddex Parker, Tori Forbes and Brandon Forbes.
