Juanita Beddingfield of Pulaski died Thursday, Jan. 3, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems Pulaski. She was born in Giles County on March 17, 1924 and was 94 years old.
She was a caregiver, loved to be surrounded by family and friends, was an avid gardener, loved her flowers and the outdoors, watching tv and taking care of people.
Visitation will be on Monday, Jan. 7, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory. Funeral Service will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in the Kedron Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband Leon Beddingfield, parents Henry Aymett and Mable Elwood Edwards Griggs, along with her son James Owen Beddingfield, er brother Garland A. “Cooner” Griggs and son-in-law Wayne Loveless.
She is survived by her daughters, Connie Loveless, Hope Woodard and husband Maurice and Donna Samuels, all of Pulaski and Nita Reed and husband William, Jr. of Columbia; son, Bert Beddingfield and wife Kathy; daughter-in-law, Brenda Beddingfield; 12 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
