Robert (Bobby) Mathew Kujala

Mr. Robert (Bobby) Mathew Kujala, 75, of Goodspring died March 31, 2017, in Pulaski.

 

Born Aug. 14, 1941, in Joliet, Mont, he was a devoted husband and father who loved his family and was proud of his Finnish heritage. He served in the United States Marine Corps and was of Lutheran faith. Among his many talents and professions, he was a master craftsmen in cabinetry and a house stage musician, playing the bass guitar at the Grand Ole Opry. He is preceded in death by parents, Matt and Flossie Leimbach Kujala; and sisters, Mabel Logan and husband Rodger and Gladys Anschutz and husband Jim.

 

Memorial services will be held in Red Lodge, Mont.

 

Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

 

Survivors include wife Peggy Crook Kujala of Goodspring; sons, Matt Kujala and wife Tina of Espoo, Finland, James Kujala of Washington, Billy Kujala and wife Jennifer of Pollok, Texas, Michael Kujala and wife Helen of Port Charlotte, Fla., Joe Ferrell, James Ferrell and wife Tina, all of Goodspring; daughters, Margery Voiles of Wyoming, Kristy Kujala of Waco, Texas; step-daughters, Debbie Killion and husband Galen of Kearney, Neb., Tami Melanchon of Omaha, Neb.; sisters, Marilyn Koski and husband Bobby of Joliet, Mont., Carolyn Cook and husband Jerry of Billings, Mont.; brothers, Jimmy Kujala and wife Laurie of Red Lodge, Mont., Rodger Logan of Billings, Mont., Jim Anschutz of Windsor, Colo., Hanly Loyning and wife Rochelle, John Payovich, all of Roberts, Mont.; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
