Constance Marie Angus

Mrs. Constance Marie Angus, 72, died Feb. 16, 2017.


Mrs. Angus was born Dec. 5, 1944, in Pulaski, and was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church. She received her education in the public schools of Giles County and Knoxville College, and retired as an Administrative Assistant in the United States Senate.


She is preceded in death by parents, Jessie Roy and Mary Alice Simmons Angus; sisters, Glory Angus, Mary Alice Wheeler; and brother James B. Angus Sr.


Memorial services were Feb. 21 at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home. Burial was in Pine Crest Memorial Gardens, Columbia.


Survivors include sister Nellie Ezell and husband Terry of Nashville; aunt Clara Harwell and husband Alex of Pulaski; nieces, Katrina Alderson, Rhonda Gilbert and husband William, all of Nashville; nephews, Edwin Ezell and wife Kelly, Dr. James B. Angus Jr. and wife Melody, all of Nashville; sister-in-law Yolanda Angus of Nashville; and many other relatives and friends.
